Michael Jackson Dedication

As you all may know today marks the two year death of the King of Pop. Everyone knows the mark Michael Jackson has made on the world and the music industry. He's influenced many artists and people today. So I want to post my three favorite MJ videos. Enjoy!

Remember the Time (1992)
I love this song because of all the famous faces: former L.A. Laker/business man Magic Johnson, actor Eddie Murphy and fashion model Iman.

Bad (1987)
Many people till this day dislike MJ's Bad album but I beg to differ. I love the choreography in this video and the song makes being bad look cool. I already want to rock a leather studded jacket.

Man In the Mirror (1987)
Man in the Mirror has a powerful message and I believe everyone should look deep within themselves. There are plenty of people with the desire to make an impact in the world but like Michael sings you have to look that man (or woman) in the mirror first and make a CHANGE

Billie Jean (1982)
Billie Jean was the first Michael Jackson song I've ever heard. This song came out way before I was born, my mother was only seven years old. I believe this is everyone's favorite MJ song.

Motorbikes in a ballet routine

As seen on Motorstv

Who knew motorbikes could dance so gracefully.

This past weekend in the fourth round of the 2011 Promosport Championship at Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours in central France two bikes crashed. As the riders attempted to reclaim their bikes and continue the race, the bikes were entangled by the handles and proceeded to pirouette.

Hilarious, right, well the drivers thought otherwise. The bikes continued to perform for roughly 45 seconds while the drivers frantically circled and tried to interlace them until they disentangled on their own. From then on there was no hope of finishing the race. One of the disappointed drivers decided to leave the track and cool off. Poor guys maybe next time.

The Skanks in Walmart│New Orleans Bounce

JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL, is all I can say after what I've just seen. So, I know I'm a little late but I just had to post about this one for all those who haven't seen this video yet. A few days ago a friend of mine told me about a video of these women walking in Wallie-World shaking their behinds, but I didn't care enough to actually search for the video. Until today, well not exactly.

Long story short, I'm a huge Kingsley fan, more like fanatic. Anyway, I haven't been up-to-date on his Overexposed vlogs and tonight, yes at 1:30 in the morning, I decided to catch up. That's when I learned of Mr.Ghettos music video Walmart. Oh lawd have mercy, Jesus help this poor ignorant man's soul and these foolish girls. Mr. Ghetto, the name suits him perfectly on account of this video, created a music video inside a WALMART superstore with two video girls shaking their vagina and derrières in the store while riding shopping carts.

I know it sounds too ridiculous to even be true but watch the video for yourself. I couldn't even watch the whole four minutes of the video because majority of the screen was shots of their rear end. The dance is called the New Orleans Bounce.

Really people, quoting Kingsley, "I'm embarrassed for them...Who thought this was sexy..There's nothing sexy about dancing like a prostitute [insert other choice words] in Walmart, are you kidding me".

They're also selling an hour long DVD version for $3.99, "1 hour full of body action, to hot for Youtube".Where was security when they were filming. It's ridiculous and embarassing. I'm ashamed.

Well if you want some good laughs out of this watch Kingsley's video The Skanks in Walmart. It's hilarious and he also has a link to the Walmart video as well. Kingsley always tells it like it is and he definitely hit the nail on the head with this video.

Dear Photograph│Tumblr phenomenon

Dear Photograph, I miss that playground │ fan submission

I recently learned about the Tumblr photo phenomenon, Dear Photograph. The instructions are to "take a picture of a picture from the past in the present". Confused? You shouldn't be, just observe the picture above. Fascinated, yes I understand. The best thing about this new Tumblr project is the photographer doesn't need a fancy SLR camera. Just an old photo and the location the previous photo was taken. Each photo is captioned with a message beginning with Dear Photograph. The concept is pretty simple and it makes it much easier if you still live in the same area.

Dear Photograph, that's love │ fan submission

This is definitely something I want to try. I've already started rummaging through my album filled with an enormous amount of childhood photos. My biggest issue will probably be choosing the photo(s) I want to use. I'll dub this my summer project.

The idea of it is charming and it's a great way to reminisce on the good ol days. Since graduating from high school a month ago, I've been feeling sentimental about my childhood memories and seeing my younger siblings living their childhoods. This will be an awesome way for me to relive them for just a moment.  When I get done I will certainly have to frame these in my dorm room.

Emma Watson in July issue of Vogue

Calvin Klein Collection metallic shift, Lynn Ban bracelets, and miu Miu heels│Photographed by Mario Testino │

The lovely and stylish Miss Emma Watson is featured in the upcoming July issue of Vogue. She speaks about life after Harry Potter and her ambitions for the next coming years. The Harry Potter franchise has consumed her life for the last 10 years but despite the commitment she has been able to accomplish so much in fashion, education and her own personal life. Being confined to the life of Hermione has lead her to question who she really is as an artist and person.

I want everyone to go out and buy the July issue, as will I. Although I'm not a Harry Potter fan, I am a fan of Emma Watson and I really can't wait to see what path she will take after the departure of the Harry Potter clan. She is bigger than the Potter franchise and is capable of utter brilliance. So, I will  be keeping my eye out.

Chris Brown lashes out gay slur and apologizes

As seen on TMZ

Oh Chris, there's never a moment when you're out of the negative side of the spot light. The best thing to do was to apologize or the LGBT community would have been on your tail like white on rice.

The incident initially occurred yesterday afternoon in L.A. An officer was attempting to give Chris a ticket because he was parked on the side of the street. In responds to the officer and the camera filming he told the officer, "yall niggas is weak", "you call them to try and film me","yall niggas is gay".

Sidenote: Chris did not receive the ticket.

A rep from the Human Rights Campaign told TMZ, "Brown, who didn't receive a parking ticket, used "words meant to demean gay Americans," which is "just plain unacceptable. He irresponsibly neglected to recognize the impact of his words and the unacceptable message that it sends to couple the word gay with negative actions."

Yesterday after the incident became viral, Chris of course apologized on his Twitter account stating, "I have total respect for the Gay community and my intention was not to insult anyone in it."

Chris, I am a fan but it bothers me to constantly see you on the news for your outlandish behavior. We're all rooting for you but it's hard to do that when there's so many negative things contradicting our belief of your musical superiority in the industry

For the past couple of hours, Chris has been a trending topic on Twitter, #chrisbrownneedsto...

Fans and haters are tweeting what they believe he needs to do at this point. Supposedly the TT was created by @biggtiggershow

Now @biggtiggershow was this TT intended to be a negative response towards C.B.'s actions?
